Office staff needs to learn how to properly file insurance claims. This office has been a nightmare for me. I filled out all the forms on my first visit & they copied my insurance cards.....yes cards. After receiving notices to pay the total bill. I called and they told me they didn't have copies of my cards. I would have to bring them in AGAIN for them to copy, There was also another nightmare of the credit company they provided. They send text to cancel day of appointment then says the message would not say what it said! Their loss I will go to a REAL dentist that cares & you are not just a paycheck! I would not recommend this place at all they are all liers and need to get some people who know what they are doing went to today to getmy tooth pulled and when I walked in they said they did t have me down to get one pulled cause someone didn't write it down right and the doc said he didn't have time to do it to day this place is a joke I will never go to them again they are also way over priced

Dr couldn't see infection in x-ray Dr did procedure and damaged my roots causing me to pay for 2 root canals after they told me they would because their Dr did what he did I've been in pain off and on a year they refuse to see me now after they got paid off they refuse to do my follow ups and cleanings they maxed my insurance out where I can't use it now that I'm in pain till Jan I went in for a price check for a night guard not in pain just wanted to protect my teeth I now have a 3000.00 dollars for them to cause damage wha... read more

I’ve been in repeatedly since January to have a tooth pulled. Had a consultation, called to schedule work but the dentist was gone so I had to go back again (I live out of town) for another consultation. I schedule work before I left. I was called by a receptionist not once but twice to reschedule my extraction. In between I had to see my family dr for antibiotics and pain meds to get through until I was finally seen. WARNING ⚠️ They are crooks and scammers. It was horrible it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life at a dentist office I paid for the most expensive dentures and I got the worst cheapest most god awful denture. I refused them and they kept $1400.00 and I have no dentures to wear and can’t afford to buy more. Do not go to Aspen Dental. You will regret it, they are awful.

You should review your workers immediately. Racism shouldn't be tolerated or harassment. One of your workers harassed a family and called them out about it. Her names Missy Peterson.

I really don’t know what to rate them. Dr. Bell and the staff are very wonderful and caring but I am on week 2 with no teeth. The dentures I received are hideous. I have large buck teeth now. It’s so embarrassing. I paid for the most expensive dentures and got the worst. I’ve cried so much about the way I look now. I don’t know who made these dentures but they need to be fired.
