Went to get a new set of dentures on august 8th and they supposedly had to send my was impression’s to another facility because they are so backed up! They will not return my calls or messages turn phones off even during regular business hours! I finally got a hold of someone in the corporate office and was told a week and a half ago that mine were sent to the state of Louisiana! Worst customer service ! My uncles teeth don't fit ...sores in his mouth and they refuse to see him for 3 weeks ,, the employees were laughing in the background and claim they are short staffed and hung up on him .

Went for a cleaning and very audibly made it clear that I was in pain during the cleaning when she stabbed my gums. I have a very high pain tolerance and when the cleaner stabbed my gums I cried out. She brushed it off saying my gums were Inflamed. I was very well aware of that, however she brushed me off and kept going when I was in visible pain. Did not offer to give me a break. what a mistake, very rude receptionist and a waste of my time the first to trips. went to have a tooth pulled had to wait till an hr and 45 mins after my app and then they had to reschedule cause the dentist had a weak wrist and couldn't do it. This was after they made me pay upfront before the dentist was seen. by the time it was all said and done with as much as they'd screwed me around they extracted the tooth for free but I will never be going back to any Aspen dentist

My Brother went in for a cleaning and had to pay 280 dollars out of pocket and had dental insurance that pays for two cleanings a year 🤷♂️

Place is a joke!! My mom paid 5 grand ahead of time to have her teeth replaced back in July, the first time they got her impressions wrong, then gave her somebody else's set that they had her walk around with for almost two weeks, she went back, eventually she went and got hers went home and realized they were broke went back again the dentist was blaming my mom for the brake then the lady came in and said oh no those were broke by the machine, didn't tell sorry or nothing.
