Being a former employee. The care is great..yes they see a lot of people they give free exams, people come in who haven't been in years and they work miracles. If you want to be seen right away go 1st appointed time or go 1st after lunch. Things happen and people ask a lot of questions. The technology is state of the art and the staff cares about what they do. Give them a break! We never turn away people and that's why things take time.Ā

I was very impressed with Aspen Dental! Randi the hygenist, Sandra at billing, Debbie in svheduling, and Dr. Fernando Neira were professional, and had a great bed side manner with my entire family. I will definitely continue to use them as our family dentist. āŗĀ
I want to start off and say I have no issues with any of the specialists that my son has seen at this location. They have been very kind, professional, and have been very thorough with the treatment my he has received. The office at this location is poorly run and managed. My son had a confirmed appointment for 1:30 on a Saturday. I received a phone call at 12:21 confirming his appointment and asking where he was. This is the first and last time I will go to Aspen Dental. They tried to hard sale me and now Iāve been waiting for SIX HOURS for my prescription for antibiotics and pain killers. If my infection gets into my system and something happens to me I will make sure that Aspen Dental receives every repercussion available. Iām AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PRESCRIPTIONS TO BE CALLED OVER. Horrible experience today. Had scheduled appointment for routine cleaning and exam. So many X-rays were taken I think Iām glowing from the radiation! Worst part was them trying to sell me a āgum deep cleaningā procedureā¦I see a dentist every six monthsā¦this office was recommended by my Medicare insurer. When I passed in the $2700 deep clean and asked for a normal cleaning like I had scheduled, the assistant office manager told me they were refusing to clean my teeth unless I did the deep clean. Terrible went there for an inflamed gumline I have insurance Iām on antibiotics already would not flush and irrigate the gumline Doctor said the hygienist has to do it before they would do it one at $100 they donāt care about your pain they donāt care about your situation they just want your money do not recommend aspen dental at allĀ
Ugh. Big mistake. Broke a tooth yesterday here in FL and went to Aspen Dental because they had a Saturday morning appointment. Waited 45 min after the appt time and they insisted I needed full X-rays even though I had my semi-annual appt in December at home. I finally insisted (after the exam which was to complete a full dental plan!), I was only here for one tooth. Iāll never be back to one of these dental factories and will fly home to my own dentist next time. Iād read reviews - my fault!ļæ¼Ā
They are only out to make money!! Horrible no patient care they herd you in and out like cattle, the hygienist, Randi,was rude and argumentative and during this pandemic she only wears the mask over her mouth and leaves her nose out of the mask to expose her patients to her germs!! This group is a prime example of fraud in the dental industry!! Run!!!Ā
