2+ hours for a new patient dental exam is not acceptable! 2 different times. Once for myself, once for my father. I have been seeing dentists for 50 years, every 6 months, like clockwork. NEVER EVER in my life has it taken 2+ hours for an exam. For 1 1/2 hours of that time you're laying in the chair waiting for the next person to do their thing. FYI: My crown took 3 hours!
My fiancé was getting x rays. Dark hair Spanish hygienist assistant/Dr assistant asked me to wait in lobby. No problem. My fiancé doesn’t speak English well. After x rays she was to return to get me as my fiancé awaited in chair but didn’t. After 20 mins, I founded him in chair as she continuesly flirted in conversation. I paid three thousand dollars cash for bottom dentures and never got the permanent dentures I want my money back

En julio 27/17 fue mi premura visita a ApenDental. Come se a hacerme un trabajo con ellos y me atendió el Dr. Alexander Montero. Trabajo en mi boca al rededor de 2/12 horas porque es un trajeo bien grande y desde esta primera visita misa satisfacción ha sido excelente a de más hay un personal que te atienden tan bien que te hacen sentir como en familia. Aparte de que te atienden con muchos cariños el trabajo es excelentes . Yo plenamente lo recomiendo. Visítelo y se convenderas.

The wait was for more than 2 HRS. Needed to get a tooth pulled out they didn't do it after i called and explained and theybsaid they would. Wanted to give me an appointment for 3 weeks from yesterday plus wanted to give me all sorts of treatments that would add up to OVER $4000. !!!!! CASH ..... WILL NOT GO BACK !! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ... DONT WASTE UR $$$ they are better dentists around
