I went in for one tooth and was having dentures shoved down my throat to purchase. even stated on the phone I need one tooth looked at and was told that was ok and had an appointment for me the very same day. I got to the office to find out it was for the next day though I was told today and to hurry up and get the spot before someone takes it. There is NO PASSION for the industry in this office or on phone just sleazy salesmen always trying to upcharge and attempt to strongarm you into purchasing dentures. SHAME!!!

Your slogan plastered on all the walls is “simpler and quicker”. I found it to be a very difficult unfriendly encounter and it wasn’t quick at all (except gum measuring). I am wondering why there is a questions on your pre-forms that’s asks, have you had x-rays in the past 6 months. I said to tech that I indeed had a x-rays taken two weeks ago. RecommendedI Recommend them if you are interested in wasting your money, getting the runaround and wasting you time. I had a broken tooth and thru my insurance, this company was on the plan. Made the appointment and waited the three days. Got there 45 minutes early as I knew there was paperwork to do. After an hour, they called me back into the area for x-rays and hygienist. I experienced today when my tooth pull out I don’t know the name of the doctor but looks like he’s a Mexican, or porturica. I have troma when he put the anesthesia in my mouth supper hurt I’m shouting I said top 3 times he still on going to anesthesia I move my hand nocking he still do it I’m cry so hurt 😭 😭he never stop that first ever incounter so badly hurt the anesthesia he put it. Had appointment to have a crown replaced. Took umpteen x-rays and told me I had to have a root canal, several fillings. all which wound up to the fact they wanted to do $4800.00 worth of work to my teeth. The $815. crown they quoted me over the phone wound up to be $1500. after I got there. Got another opinion from another dentist. Change the front staff. I will let all know how my upper partial turned out.
My wife had every tooth in her upper jaw extracted, and they did not prescribe her any pain meds. She should be resting, but can't because of the pain. I keep calling, and I'm being redirected to a call center that tells me they will page the on call dr and I will get a call back withing 20 minutes. Five calls and fours hours later, still no response. Absolutely unacceptable.
