Very friendly and professional staff!!! They did excellent work!!!
I visited the Palm Point location as a new patient which means X-rays a cleaning and a full work up of the health of my teeth. I'd say not many people like the dentist but I experienced a high level of professionalism from the front desk staff to the Dr. The hygienist, Lisa did a great job with my cleaning and Dr. Montero made me as comfortable as possible with the one filling I needed.

They lied about accepting my elderly moms insurance , they scheduled an extraction of 5 teeth without even suggesting that she should get a ride home. If I had not been keeping a close eye on her appointments they would have let her let her walk out with her walker after 5 extractions. They told us at noon they were calling in her 4 prescriptions “right now” it’s almost 5, anesthetic has completely worn off and pharmacy still does have the order. She needs antibiotics and 3 other meds and may not get them until tomorrow. She... read more

I left this horrible practice in 2018 after a year of abuse from trainees...then I received a bill 4 years later!! The bills reflect "estimated insurance payments "...what, after 4 years??? The bottom line is the tooth ultimately had to be removed due to their butchery! Run, don't walk away from this miserable ripoff!!
