I have a temporary crown on the wrong tooth. The bad tooth is still there. I’m still in pain. The assistant impelled me with a sharp dental instrument which I had to pull out myself.
I do not recommend this place. I spent time on the phone when I made the appointment to be sure they accepte my insurance.Waited 3 weeks for an appointment. Arrived on time, asked AGAIN abut my insurance, was assured it was all good. FIlled out the paperwork, got the x rays. Doctor came in forinitial exam and then started talking about payment plans...once again I asked what about my insurance? I was frightening experience,I was made to believe if I didn’t have a deep cleaning. And treated ASAP the all my teeth were going to fall off ASAP and they quoted over $11,00.00 dollars I walk out so terrified the I call another dentist for a review, I call the office in South Carolina were I have been in the past and my entire family.
More like negative 5 !!! This place is a complete scam !!! I got insurance through them canceled everything the very next day and they still went ahead and billed the insurance company for work I NEVER RECEIVED !! Now it"s on my credit report as over due/ no payment and has lowered my credit score. I have called the dentist office a bunch of times over the last 2 months and every time they say it should be fixed within 7-10 business days and every time it is not. I went to the Aspen Dental in Ft. Myers. I did not find it to be very friendly. The "tech" person taking my xrays never introduced herself. She was courteous, but not friendly, very serious. The dentist was kind in her exam. There was a lot of confusion since I really wanted the Cape Coral office but came down to Ft. Myers since I could get an appointment sooner. I was told that when I go back to Cape Coral, I will have to have the exam and all the xrays redone and I will have to pay for them!

I never saw the same person again. Everytime I went it was a different dentist. They refused to clean my teeth unless I did a deep cleaning at $1400 out of pocket. I am not going back.
1st visit to Aspen Dental, wanted checkup, x-rays, & cleaning with exam. Told them insurance would cover these as preventive dentistry but not anything else. Proceeded to x-ray, examine my teeth, also the bone structure under the teeth, told I was done for the day. Met with office person who informed me I owed over $1300 & needed to pay 60% now. To everyone who is in the market for Dental practice.... DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THE ASPEN DENTAL OFFICES UNLESS... Unless you want to get infected by a bacteria, Enterobacter aerogenes , It has been found to live in various wastes, hygienic chemicals, and soil. Did they clean there tools or suction equipment...??? This is what I looked like a day after... I went in for an extraction of four wisdom teeth, and only had two removed. My first visit was a good one with the exception of almost choking on the xray things they use which was more me than them. I do not like the way the office is set up. There is no privacy factor and the UPS guy was walking around able to look in on everyone. Made me uncomfortable. My dentist was good, very personable. However, they did not schedule a return appointment to have the tooth I wanted pulled removed. I have to call back and get this set up. All in all, I was treated courteously.
