Courteous and fast professional care. Perfect fitting teeth the first try. Love the docs, staff and pricing. Highly recommend for all dental needs.
I spent over 3k for new dentures and they do not fit! the main reason I went for new dentures was that i always had to use adhesive and was tired of ill fitting dentures. Well after spending all that money I have ill fitting new dentures. The people there are very nice especial DR. Montero but the mechanic there does a really bad job
The very worse place I've been To. OVER YRS pd almost 1600.00 still 0 partials n horrible oral problems(not because of my care it's Aspens fault) Worse customer care, no one ever calls back and now I'm in worse Dental shape than when I began here. They r known to do procedures unnecessary if you have insurance. BE AWARE they over charge, say you owe small fortune(after you have proof otherwise) and DO NOT CARE about patients. I just want to say how unprofessional you guys are. I have called over the last three months with my new dental insurance trying to get my broken tooth pulled and can't get a call back. Every time I call to check you guys remember me and say "oh, someone hasn't verified your insurance yet. At the latest you'll get a call back tomorrow". Really.. I've worked for an insurance company and it takes 2 minutes to here what the persons coverage is that they need. What is the problem?
Most unprofessional place I have ever been! I have been calling for 2 weeks ( 7 calls) trying to get the so called "Office Manager" to call me with a quote and appointment to repair the work the 1st dentist did 3 months ago. Everyday its someone new on the phone making excuses for her. This was a complete waste of my money! Its a shame as the dentist himself was as pleasant as can be.
