RecommendedAbsolutely the worst experience I have ever had. When I called, I was very clear that I broke a veneer and wanted a price for a new veneer. I asked if they did veneers and was told yes, so I made an appointment. They told me they would send me paperwork to complete via email. I completed and returned the paperwork the day before my 9:30 am appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and was given an iPad and asked to complete the same paperwork. customer service needs to be improved
I will be reporting my experience to my insurance company and Consumer protection agencies. Aspen had no intention of honoring the Medicare insurance through United Healthcare insurance. Rather it uses bait-and-switch marketing tactics to sell expensive long-term financial contracts. Your sales representative specifically said that that you would only honor your inflated product codes and that I could not get my teeth cleaned with Medicare. RecommendedI love Aspen Dental for my teeth but calling up is another problem I broke my dentures and trying to call Aspen Dental on Cleveland Ave in Fort Myers I called 4 times and never reached anybody and their voicemail said they were open till 6:30 insted of 7:30 that they are now
3 strikes and you're out! I have been told my entire life that I have good teeth. I take care of them. I have been getting 6 month cleanings my entire life! Since I've gone to Aspen, they have told me I needed a special deep cleaning that my insurance wouldn't cover (I fell for that one), then the next time I went they double booked me and I was asked to reschedule to another day (even though I had taken my premeds).
