my first appt. was great ,the staff is very helpful .and careful during xray process,my Dentist was careful but exam until he found my problem, i am scheduled fro more work , and will continue my review after the work is done. and also they gave me my new patient discount as stated in ad. which i appreciate very much ,over the years i had promisesby dental offices and they don't hold true to there ad, thank you aspen dental

Found this dentist office through my insurance carrier and I couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about their craft. After my last couple dentists were terrible it has been a breath of fresh air to find not just one but a whole office of caring professionals. I personally found the dentists candor to be comforting as she discussed with her assistant and myself what was on her mind.
Please don't try this place! Terrible billing practices. I went in for a routing visit this year and was told that I needed to have some additional work done. They wanted me to use in-house financing but instead I said I'd take a loan out of my 401k and my insurance was supposed to cover the rest of the bill. I later paid $1886 and had a balance of $0. 1st off they charged my mother for 12,000 of work & she still has only temp dentures. Multiple adjustments are needed. Because my mom had to have all her teeth pulled, she hasn't eaten since November, she has lost a significant amount of weight due to having no teeth, & the inability to eat. They did trays then the dentist spoke so fast I couldn't understand one thing she was saying about the procedure they wanted ti do. The estimate had duplicated work on there, and included a deep cleaning when I was having the majority of my teeth pulled.

W Shaw Ave, Here's why Aspen is horrible. 1. Don't call the dental office if you need answers to your questions. You can't get ahold of a human. 2. Web site forces you to make an appointment. 3. Show up at the office and their system doesn't have your appointment. 4. Show them you insurance card and they don't accept that type even though the web site doesn't state that, but generally says they do. Another Fresno dental office that stinks.

holy crap, I was horrified when they showed me the price to have my dental work completed. $37K ridiculous when I noticed right off the top all the hidden charges for procedures that I never requested. If I wouldn't have noticed them it could have added up into a 10's of thousands. The scary part was I went to Aspen Dental because their website gives you the impression they have lowest prices in the Fresno area but that's false information. patients beware your going to need a large bank account.
Where I come from, a dentist does the best he can to help a patient in an emergency situation: if someone needs a denture to attend an event, the dentist simply provides that denture and will phase in other work later as the patient can afford it. I was told at your store that I COULD NOT receive a new denture unless I purchased three crown cap fillings first FOR $11,000 leaving me to have to attend one of the most important events of my life with no tooth, therefore forced to face humiliation. Nice and clean place. Fast service ... but fast service doesn't always mean great quality. Everything felt rushed. The hygienist even snipped some of my gum while getting x-rays. I wasn't exactly pleased with the way the insurance/billing lady went about trying to get me to agree to to their recommended services. I wanted to use my dental benefits before the end of the year.
