Had teeth removed for dentures, 1st pair of dentures are not fitting well. Considerable pain. Had surgery in Roanoke Va. Was told that I could go to any Aspen dental for adjustments. I called today to make appointment and the female didn't seem to want me to come. Said she would call back after talking with a doctor. After spending 8,000 dollars this is how I am treated.

They are worse than car salesman! They quoted me $1500 for a deep cleaning with insurance. Nice try, but I won't be hustled. They added the same charge multiple times. A deep cleaning without insurance is around $350 with insurance it's around $150.

I was having pain Sunday April 4th so i decided to make an appointment online with this place. I arrived and everyone seemed nice enough. I was taken back for x rays and described what was going on. I was told that i was fine within 5 minutes of being seen by the dentist. This place proceeded to find 4,500$ worth of unrelated problems with my teeth. These included a 200$ electric tooth brush and a ridiculous priced fluoride mouth rinse. Fast forward to Wednesday I'm still not getting better and am seen again by these people... read more
