Of all the times I have went to other dentists and had teeth extracted Aspen Dental was the only one that brought me back in for post op to make sure everything is healing correctly and actually doesn't charge for the post op visits. Also the Dr was really great and all the nurses are really very nice. You couldn't ask for a better dental office period. I will be telling others about Aspen Dental!
Aspen Dental treated me very well and I had a good experience. I just finished today and I don't have to go back for 6 months, and the cost is very reasonable.

For the times that I have been a patient for all appointments I have never had to wait to be seen. I have never had to reschedule because of Aspen. Because Doctors and assistants are shared, some appointments have be longer than planned and some have actually been shorter. I like the detail service that I now receive better the previous two Aspen location. What I like is that care has improved over time. I think that Aspen cares about repeat business and like the uniformity of care availability thru the US

Super nice staff! Very clean place. The environment is welcoming. The staff is very helpful on educating you about what is going on during your exam. Overall, I would highly recommend Aspen of Gadsden to anyone.
I was really nervous about coming to the dentist but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and they even have a small tv right in front of the dentist chair. How cool. Watched one of my favorite shows on HGTV. Look forward to my next visit!!!!
Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. You can’t get them to answer most of the time, and when you do they hang up on you without answering your question. When you call back, they say their phones are ringing off the hook, so they obviously don’t need your business anyway. I suggest supporting local and not this chain.
