I waited an hour in the waiting room and almost an hour to get my exam and x-rays done. I told them my insurance wouldn't pay for another set of x-rays since I'd had them done somewhere else 6 months prior and that I could get them from my other dentist. They said they wanted their own and it would be a free new patient exam and x-rays. The coupon did not get applied. People make mistakes, I understand that. My husband and I went Aspen in Gadsden for new dentures. Went for the first wax try in and they weren’t right. The female dentist was a little snippy but I ignored it. Went back for second try in and a third. Each time she was snippy to me and my teeth had a gap between the front two teeth on the dentures. I kept just ignoring her attitude. I get to the person to talk about price and insurance! It was more like that guy in a used car lot, I had a price from there web page for dentures. She showed me a price for just about double, when I stated I have prices from online she didn’t believe me! So I brought up page right in front of her. First off, I had my initial xrays and exam in December. I don't have insurance. The female dentist told me I needed three teeth pulled. Two were root canals and one was a random baby tooth. So I go this morning for an extraction of one of the root canal teeth that had broke at work a few nights ago. It wasn't hurting unless I tried to eat on that side of my mouth. After getting there 15 mins early like asked, I sat there for 1, hour and 30 mins and watched ppl that got there after me go back before me . Everyone in the dentist office might be in pain. So let call ppl out of order, sounds stupid . Why do people have to sign in, what for them to know someone is there so they can stay in there seat and wait an extra hour and a half. I wouldn't refer this dentist office to anyone

For 20 years my teeth have slowly become worse. No matter what I tried. I took a chance and went to Aspen Dental in Gadsden, Al. I met Dr. Kyat. We discussed my options and how long treatment would take. For my top jaw, I had only one option. Removal of the teeth that remained and dentures. I didn't need a root canal before I went in, but after a filling I suddenly did need one. They drilled too deep and refused to admit fault. Now I am in more pain than when I went in for a cavity filling. They offered a first visit free and payment options special so I gave them a try. Now I owe 800$ and the pain is worse! They said it was a seperate issue because i didn't complain of needing a root canal when I first came and it would be billed separately .... because I didn't need one!!
