worse dentist around my area with the WORSE customer service!! they refused to help me with a severely absessed and broken tooth. instead I had to spend a week trying to find a dentist to help me. I will never recommend this place!!!

I called the end of October to get a tooth pulled that was broken off. They assured me they could take care of it. Went for my appointment, was told that before they could pull the tooth they needed to do X-rays, then it was we have to do a cleaning and oh by the way you have peridontal disease. After about 2 hours they told me I was finished and was usher d up front to talk to the financial person. The beginning was fine but when it got time to get my permanents I've been all the way to the office and sent home (it takes a hr to get there ) then I go today I CALLED B4 I LEFT AND THEY SAID EVERYONE I NEEDED WAS THERE . THEN I GOT ALMOST HALFWAY THERE TEXT ME AND CANCELLED!!! I'm so mad I'm so tired of dealing with this .

I called on a Friday, I was told they had a 4:45 appointment. I drove from Riverside to the exchange in Anniston, only to be told they don't know who told me that but they couldn't see me but they could set me up an appointment Monday. I told her to and on Monday, it got changed to Wednesday and Wednesday I got a voicemail telling me They needed to move my appointment up yet again. Then I get this survey asking me how my appointment with them went. They need to get it together. I will not use them. I will go somewhere else. ... read more

I called Saturday and made an appointment for today at 1:15 so I left work and got there at 12:40 and filled out paperwork and no one was in there then 5 other people entered and they called 2 of them back and then 3 and 2 more came in and it’s now 1:45 and I am still sitting waiting they called all 7 people back and at 2:15 I walked out !!!!! I will never go back and will not recommend them to anyone!!!! And I might add that they were calling people to come in early if they could ! Horrible experience!!!

All it took was an intitial consultation visit for me to decide to NOT go back .. I went in to see about getting a tooth fixed .I kind of figured on it possibly having to be extracted in which they told me it would and was told they needed a good cleaning which I also figured they would .They also told me that my four bottom front teeth felt loose and needed to be pulled ..Uhmm no they aren't loose and no they don't or wont be pulled .. Had an appt with them for a filling. A filling that with every move of my mouth was slicing my tongue. Was a new patient so they did the consult. I was there for 4 hours and left without a filling getting done that I already paid for. So I get an appt to go back the next day. They call me and say, we’re gonna have to reschedule your appt for today to next week. I said, I already paid! I went up there 3 hrs before my appt, and insisted they see me.
