Worst experience with X-rays. The huge bulky metal piece was the most uncomfortable dental experience I’ve had it pinched and stabbed the inside of my mouth several times and it took over an hour just for pictures. I paid up front for 2 dental cleanings that i apparently needed. After the 1st dental appointment i tried to call and reschedule the 2nd and nobody would answer. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review about a business, but people need to be made aware. I had oral surgery and two days later was at the ER with a severe infection and swelling the size of a softball and up under my eye (when I called the dentist on call he was dismissive about swelling). They advised me to get rechecked by the dentist so I waited until the swelling in my mouth was down enough so they could see the sharp pieces of tooth that were stuck in my gum. I had a couple of extractions that went very well, but when I asked about a dental flipper until I could make a decision about dentures or partial, office personnel tried to push their very expensive cleaning and antibiotic treatment on me which I will decline. I do not make hasty decisions on something this expensive and final, so I need someone to make me a flipper tooth. Any recommendations?

Some of Staff did great job, however Dr. was in and out in the blink of an eye. When I started to ask a question he said he had to finish up in another room. Was told to transfer ins. to them, which I did, and call back. Took 2 days to get hold of them and there was very little discussion, very cut and dry about treatment plan. Will not be back sorry service in part, going to Guntersville office. I think Walmart is in need of greeters

What a complete joke of a place to call themselves a business. When you try to call them no one answers, I have left multiple voicemails with Not one call returned.. I can't even cancel my appointment because you can't get anyone on the phone what a joke I cannot imagine what the service would be like I'm not even going to try it. I drove over there today to cancel my appointment and there was a girl sitting there on the phone just totally ignoring me. Don’t have enough words to say. Horrible experience today. Didn’t get my teeth cleaned and was told I had bone decay and gum disease. Quoted an almost $1000 treatment plan that they wanted me to do. Left and went to another dentist and they said my teeth were beautiful, I didn’t have gum disease and my bones we’re fine. Seems like Aspen just wants to make a buck off of folks. Will not go back and will not recommend to my worst enemy
