Everyone was friendly, the hygienist, Barbara was very knowledgeable she explained everything about the deep cleaning process and asked often to see if i had any questions or concerns. The procedure was painless, they give you a pair of cool sunglasses to wear so the light won't bother your eyes. Fast service is how I like it.

Hello!!! This was the absolute BEST dental and most complex experience I've experienced. Dr. Rodrigues AND THE ENTIRE staff is genuinely a team and very caring to patients! For full transparency, I am a Type 2 Diabetic and have had VERY advanced gum disease. I have been losing teeth off and on for the past decade and very painful/swelling gums. I was really happy to be at this location the people from the front desk was very attentive to hygienist definitely knew what she was talking about and had the knowledge to answer all of my medical technical question. The professionalism and their enthusiasm was so intoxicating I enjoyed every moment even when I experienced slight discomfort they were able to mend it down and to give me a time so that I can restart the whole cleaning process.

Aspan Dental had there grand opening today and my experience was awesome. From Erin at the front to the technicians and doctors in the back, they were very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care. Mark Bergeron

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. Every time I go, I am in so much pain. The numbing shots do not work for me, and they don't have an alternative. Just tell me that it isn't a spa and it will hurt even though I've been to other dentists and have not had this problem. They do not tell me what they are doing before they do it, they did a fill and crown without me even knowing. This place is a wallet hunter, selling services that are not required and telling me that my cleaning for 33 years is illegal! Yes illegal! And they wanted to give me a deep cleaning for $400, which is not covered by my insurance, even though I have had my regular cleaning for 33 years, and no exam or anything to change the procedure. Rescheduled with another local dentist on the same day. She reiterated that there was no need for any deep cleaning. If you go to Aspen, hire a bodyguard to watch your wallet. What a terrible place, I haven't even been there and was treated so rudely on the phone with phrases like "well thats the way we do it" and "I need your information again, our website is a work in progress" there are 9 dentists here you would think that their website would work. My life is stressful enough without a snotty manager telling the "way it is". I switched to another Dentist.

I went I for an exam Dr.Rodriguez told me the treatment plan I needed and to see the office manager at the time was Amanda. She told me my part would be a certain amount and my insurance would cover the rest. I quickly realized she was billing the wrong insurance she tells me oh it will be ok it will work out. I got an EOB from the insurance that I didn't have because I had another dental insurance company. I called she once again told me it was ok.
