Everyone was friendly, the hygienist, Barbara was very knowledgeable she explained everything about the deep cleaning process and asked often to see if i had any questions or concerns. The procedure was painless, they give you a pair of cool sunglasses to wear so the light won't bother your eyes. Fast service is how I like it.

Hello!!! This was the absolute BEST dental and most complex experience I've experienced. Dr. Rodrigues AND THE ENTIRE staff is genuinely a team and very caring to patients! For full transparency, I am a Type 2 Diabetic and have had VERY advanced gum disease. I have been losing teeth off and on for the past decade and very painful/swelling gums. I was really happy to be at this location the people from the front desk was very attentive to hygienist definitely knew what she was talking about and had the knowledge to answer all of my medical technical question. The professionalism and their enthusiasm was so intoxicating I enjoyed every moment even when I experienced slight discomfort they were able to mend it down and to give me a time so that I can restart the whole cleaning process.

Aspan Dental had there grand opening today and my experience was awesome. From Erin at the front to the technicians and doctors in the back, they were very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care. Mark Bergeron

TLDR: They misrepresent what you'll end up being billed---grossly. They provide a treatment plan with estimated costs. I paid the full "patient financial responsibility" total which is based on discounts and benefits. Some time later they billed me an ADDITIONAL $4k claiming insurance didn't cover. What's the point of sitting down with their treatment plan review person if that person can't even lookup what's covered before sending me a massive (no discounts either) bill. Be careful. This dentist will mislead you regarding the cost and scope of the treatment. Read and understand exactly what you are paying for. I am currently fighting a charge of over $3000. For cleaning. I had wanted a cavity repair and thought the price was included in the price, but it was not. I was told my insurance was covering it but I don't think they ever contacted them. We contacted the office manager and even she said I was overcharged.

At first my experience was great, everyone was so helpful and the procedure to get my dentures was not bad. I was told that if I had any problem to give them a call and they would get me in. The "get me in" is only if they have an appointment available. I am having major problems, can't eat, can't talk and have pain and I have to wait 5 days to be seen. I wish I hadn't left such good reviews other places. They are not honest when it comes to follow up when you are having problems

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. Every time I go, I am in so much pain. The numbing shots do not work for me, and they don't have an alternative. Just tell me that it isn't a spa and it will hurt even though I've been to other dentists and have not had this problem. They do not tell me what they are doing before they do it, they did a fill and crown without me even knowing.
