Aspen Dental doubled my co-pay and it took 4 months to get a refund! This is my third dental office in Georgetown TX. I have been overcharged at each office. Each time I pursued the refund and each time it has taken months to get it! I checked, Aspen Dental has a "contract" with Delta Dental agreeing to charge their patients a predetermined amount for services provided. April 4, 2023. Long story short. Loved the dentist, but the Office manager is rude and will not provide receipts for services paid for prior visits. All in all, I was given a written estimate for $1436 in May 2023 with the same insurance company I had, then When I went in to get the bridge and two crowns put in, was told I had to pay an additional $1271, this was in addition to the $1,761 that I already prepaid on 1 August. Hygienists are fabulous!! Dentist is cold and judgy. Front office is beyond incompetent. I have been there twice in the past year and am thankful I don't go more often. My appointments get mixed up, they make me wait for 30 minutes to pay my bill. Dentist doesn't speak, other than to tell the hygenist what notes to put on my chart. They advertise a positive experience but it's largely untrue.
If I could go lower I would. Refused to take insurance they said they took. They took a $2,500 deposit for surgery, ended up finding another awesome dental surgeon in Georgetown that did the surgery for $1,300. Aspen was going to charge $5,300. We called the day after deposit was taken and they said we should have a refund within 10 day. It's now been a month and still no refund. Now I get to go through the process of disputing these thieves with my card company. Stay far far away.

I visited very first time and did the whole mouth and pano x-rays here. Dentist referred me to do wisdom tooth extraction. When I requested for x-rays they mentioned it may take up to 7-10 days. I called again after 10 days and they asked me to again wait up to 10 days as they've to create a new request again. It's just waste of time!!

I made appointments for my kids and gave the office my kids insurance name and they said everything was good. I take them in for their appointment and they tell me they don't accept their insurance. Thanks for wasting my time!! This place doesn't deserve any stars but since the dentist and hygienist were actually good they can have 1 star. Very high priced. I was in pain the whole time and they didn't seem to worried about it. I will definitely be going somewhere different in the future.

My husband, who is a retired Dentist, & I have received treatment there in the past 6 months. they do a good job cosmetically-- but are extremely under-staffed, with untrained Front Desk people. I called Mon. for an NPI number, asked Front Desk, who didn't know how to get it-- kept me on hold for 4 minutes, forgot about me-- and I hung up. They charge top dollar for everything they do. My insurance company recommened finding someone else. They botched a root canal and ignored an infection two times that had to be redone by another dentist. They are after the buck!!
