This place is a wallet hunter, selling services that are not required and telling me that my cleaning for 33 years is illegal! Yes illegal! And they wanted to give me a deep cleaning for $400, which is not covered by my insurance, even though I have had my regular cleaning for 33 years, and no exam or anything to change the procedure. What a terrible place, I haven't even been there and was treated so rudely on the phone with phrases like "well thats the way we do it" and "I need your information again, our website is a work in progress" there are 9 dentists here you would think that their website would work. My life is stressful enough without a snotty manager telling the "way it is". I switched to another Dentist.

I went I for an exam Dr.Rodriguez told me the treatment plan I needed and to see the office manager at the time was Amanda. She told me my part would be a certain amount and my insurance would cover the rest. I quickly realized she was billing the wrong insurance she tells me oh it will be ok it will work out. I had an appointment in June 2024 for implant info and cleaning in the Georgetown, TX office. They pulled the tooth and gave me a "flipper" to cover the hole prior to implant, had x-rays done for the implant, cleaned my teeth and took a mold to make a partial for a previously pulled tooth. I was directed to Care Credit to finance my charges. In July I received a statement from Care Credit for $8,571.75 with interest charge of $98.72 and minimum payment of $232.00. Leaving a one star review is even too much.. My mom went in for a removal procedure and they ended up leaving half of it in there and also cracking another one of her teeth and they acted as if it was already like that. The doctor was aggressive with her and didn't care whatsoever that she was in excruciating pain. DO NOT recommend this place whatsoever.

I was in extreme pain the whole time and the Dentist did not care and did nothing to relieve me just wanted to get the procedure done to move on to next patient. I will definitely be going somewhere different in the future. WORST dental experience in my life. DO NOT GO HERE if you want good care

I had my appointment at this location; I was previously a patient in Katy, TX and loved the service. I had a full set of XRays done as they do for all "new" patients ... The DDS saw me and went through my mouth while the assistant was taking notes ... someone came behind her and adjusted the notes (not sure why) -- I waiting an additional 15 min for the hygienist to come and do his review -- all good ... Staff told me my appointment was never confirmed and that they left me multiple voicemails trying to confirm. I received no calls. Confirmation text also did not express needing to confirm, only "click to cancel or reschedule." The appointment I had scheduled for weeks was given to someone else. Also witnessed a customer enter the lobby and complain to the front desk that they had not returned his calls or voicemails. Somebody is not doing their job and customers are being blamed.

Well I can see why this place has bad reviews. My wife went in to her appointment and receptionist said she did not confirm it so it would be a 2 hour wait. Now this appointment was made a week ago and they called to confirm on a weekend Saturday 1 day before appointment.. Wife works nights on weekends so she wasn't able to call back due to hour differences. So they just assumed she wouldn't be there.
