The dentist and her assistants were awesome, most comfortable I have been in a dentists chair. It wasn't until after the visit when I met with the "Salesman" that I was unhappy. He was super nice, but very shady about wanting to run my credit without telling me he was going to do so. He was rushing trough it all super fast and a bit confusing that I had to stop him and ask him if he was trying to run my credit. That is when it came out that yes that was the plan. No stars or negative stars might be appropriate. i am in the process of trying to get something done and I'm ready to just ask for my money back and I'll move on. Worst staff, service, communication I have ever experienced and considering what you're paying they need to get their act together. Don't walk away from this place run or never bother to enter.

I had a horrible experience with this dental office. I am 25 weeks pregnant, I went in because I was having issues with one of my fillings. I have a small mouth, it has been commented on (and accommodated) by every other dental office I have visited. Except this one. First I had to remind the dental assistant to follow the accommodations outlined from my doctors release about x-rays. Thank goodness I read them before hand and knew what was required. If I could give this dental place no stars I would. My husband went in to get a cleaning and ended up needing, apparently, a lot of work done. After all the work was completed I realized we had overpaid for the procedures. The dental office now owes us over $480. Repeated emails and calls have gone unanswered and we are now on month 7 of not getting our refund. DO NOT GO HERE AS THEY OVERCHARGE and will NOT give you a refund when you've over paid.

Everything was fine until I seen the actual dentist. The dental assistants and receptionist were very warming. The manager Mindy was a kind lady. However, Dr. Ashwani Naidu was rude from the moment of contact. She never greeted me properly. The first thing she asked " are you stressed , you looked stressed." I would not recommend this Aspen Office. They don't listen to what the problem is. The staff doesn't return your phone calls. The receptionist, Ashley, automatically makes assumptions that you are calling for pain medication and doesn't take the time to hear you out. The dental assistants were very kind and helpful, which I was grateful for. I ended having to go to the emergency room to get the right antibiotics for the infection that this dentist office caused. I want to say the 24 hours after this post the Dentist personally called and made arrangements to get me in for an evaluation of the situation. Went in for a cleaning and 5 hrs later I had 11cavities worked on. Now I have food pockets and ceramic burrs on my teeth with sharp edges. I sent my films to a colleague dentist who said they saw me coming a mile away and ran with my great insurance coverage. Now my mouth hurts and I'm irritated. This is one of those places that makes all their money off maybe two patients a month. By which I mean, they'll charge astronomic prices for their services. Although I agree their operating costs and education have very real value, it does not warrant a bill of several thousands of dollars.
