This place offers a conveyor line service. Never do you see the same professional twice. It appears they try to get more money than necessary compared to other dentists.
Office mgr is rude and snotty!! He is a know it all ..They are raping customers of thousands of dollars YES people oral surgery is covered under your medical plan!! He doesn’t want to know anything about insurance because all they want is their thousands upfront !!they are not the place to go if you want personalized care...
I recently decided to go to Aspen Dental in Glastonbury after moving to the area from Simsbury. The office manager recommended that I get a dental discount account with Careington Dental. After providing the receptionist with my dental membership card she informed me that after three phone calls no one could find my information and charged me the full price, and for me to call them and straighten it out. First, my prescription was never sent to my pharmacy after I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out and 2 additional teeth pulled. right before the procedure I got an IV and the surgeon stuck it in wrong and sent a sharp pain down my arm. I have been dealing with excruciating pain for the third day now and they said take Tylenol and Motrin. they were supposed to send something to my pharmacy but never did so I got some over the counter meds and they aren't working. They will never see me again!!! They want OVER $16,000. 00 to pull my reremaining teeth and give me dentures. I their commercials are a con just to get you in the office. Such a waste of time. They knew I was on a low Social Security income.

Once again, I am leaving this office as my scheduled visit was not put into their computer. I was there on Monday (4-9) and had to have additional services done. The office manager, in my presence, scheduled this visit for today. When I went there today, i was told I was not in their system. This is not the first time this has happened.
