I'm sitting here right now trying to get a bill straightened out from months ago. Every time I call the receptionist says she will fix it but I'm still being told my bill (which should've been covered by insurance) isn't paid. I'm sitting here trying to get this straightened out, but there's a line of 7 other people waiting because no one is at the front counter. This place is terrible!
You guys need to inform your customers when you are running late. Customers r sitting around >50 minutes for a appointment that is scheduled. Completely ridiculous
Had some teeth extracted in may they have me going lately twice a week. It's 30 miles round trip. I want gas money. Never mind the wear and tear on my car. Here it is December and still don't have my. Partial. I am so disgusted I could split. Girl told me yesterday I have been there about 20 times.
This was the worst dentist visit I ever had. The staff was awful. They hurt me just taking X-rays. I was very upset and they showed no compassion what so ever! In addition, I went for a second opinion and I didn't even need the procedure that Aspen Dental said I needed! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ASPEN DENTAL FOR ANY KIND OF DENTAL PROCEDURE WHAT SO EVER!!!
My dentures were never made properly. My impressions were made when I had improper teeth made somewhere else. My gums were accustomed to the bad teeth, that always hurt, they filled the bad teeth with the compound, and made my new teeth with impressions that hurt. I can't wear them the full day. The guy ground them a little,(20 seconds), and gave them back. Told me to wait until sore areas happen, and come back. I've had dentures for over 50 years, and know how they are supposed to fit. I had a wonderful experience. The clients in the lobby were pleasant; the staff was most helpful and knowledgeable; and after the initial shots to do the needed job in my mouth, I was very happy I had chosen Aspen in Glastonbury.
Highway robbery. They care more about your money than your healthcare. I (regrettably) had my wisdom teeth out here and I'm convinced they dislocated my jaw and didn't tell me; that aside, of they recommend ANYTHING other than a routine cleaning covered 100% -copay by your insurance, get a second opinion.
