I am 71 yrs old and newly moved to CT with a fixed income. A filling fell out of a front tooth and I had to go thru the whole assessment and come back the next day for the filling. At that time I was presented with a $10K treatment plan. I am also newly diagnosed with Leukemia with no idea of the financial burden that will present. The filling was functional at most but being in a front tooth I though a little more cosmetic attention would be used. Not even the star I gave them.

I’d give a zero if I could. Every time I have an issue They want to do major work...pull the tooth, implants, crowns, bridges. You have to sit with the financial people after every visit and they lay out procedures that cost thousands of dollars. They don’t care about what’s best for you, only making money. Plus, I pay at the time of service, but they still send me a bill. The insurance company says they’re not allowed to do that. They have a deal that they aren’t allowed to “balance bill” but they still do. And every time I... read more

Pro they set up an appointment right away Cons I waited 50 mins to be seen and 20 waiting for pricing, the price was way too high I had to ask to have them to Discount it and about dental discount plan after I specifically asked prior to the appointment because I was paying out of pocket. they added all kinds of stuff to my bill including a toothbrush that I told them I had. I was a number on a spoke not a patient to them. I chose not to go back.

The office either has high turnover or they rotate people often. I've been going there for years and can't seem to build a relationship with anyone. It's a body shop type of business model. They just want to sell you the next big job. My last visit started with a cleaning and an appointment with the dentist. I was there for almost 2 hours. They never take me in promptly and then there is lots of downtime as they hand off from person to person. In the end, they do a good job. It's just the service and relationship aspects I w... read more

My first visit lasted 2 hours with an hour and 30 mins being spent waiting in the waiting room in pain and 20 mins waiting in the chair. When I asked the receptionist if I could get something for pain she said she would check. She came back and didn't say two words to me. I was given my prescriptions but they didn't fill out my personal info so when I went to get them filled they couldn't fill the pain meds due to no personal info so I called and they were closed at 1:00 on Fridays according to the message. When I went to my... read more
