Went to have a tooth pulled about a month ago. It was killing me!!! The staff was very professional and kind. They handled everything with the utmost professionalism and care. I would HIGHLY recommend Aspen Dental in Glastonbury to anyone who needs dental work. My dentist pulled about the biggest tooth in my mouth and I didn't even feel it. And recovery was quick and painless as well And a shoot out to Big Al, the office manager, for his help with paperwork and making a customer feel welcome. Had four teeth extracted today and they didn’t feel it necessary or important to call in my antibiotics or pain medications before close of business. Will not be going back here for anything ever.

RecommendedThe hygienist in the Glastonbury office is awesome however the wait time to be seen it’s horrible. My app was for 2 pm, I got there 5 of and wasn’t called in until 2:30 to then sit in the room until about 3 pm just to get my teeth clean. Again the hygienist is great but to wait about 1 hour to be seen is unacceptable. This is my only complaint, they need to do better with time. I don’t mind waiting 10 - 15 minutes but 30 minutes to then sit for about another 30 minutes it’s unacceptable. My hubby experienced the same thing t... read more

Worst experience. From the rude receptionist Nicole...to the bad plastic "Partial" that cost 3 times as much as the "temporary" from my last dentist in Massachusetts. WORST experience.

This is the Worst company I've ever dealt with I am been waiting for three week. for x-rays to be send to my email. I've spoken with the Glastonbury store and numerous times and I just called Headquarters. It's unbelievable. How can you be told it's going to be sent for 3 weeks in a row and still never get it. I mean, I know how emails work so it isn't hard. Get with it Aspen Dental.
