So after making an appointment last week and then confirming via email, then confirming via text message, the office called me yesterday from a number I did not know while I was in a meeting. They did not leave a voicemail and then this morning I got a text message reminding me of my appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early to be informed it was canceled. I scheduled my dental cleaning 6 months ago and even got a text and email reminder yesterday about my appointment today at 7 pm. I showed up, doors were locked, and this sign was on the door. Drove 30 minutes to this appt, moved my work schedule around, and had to find a sitter for my daughter to show up to locked doors. This is absolutely ridiculous that a business operates this way. went in for bottom 4 teeth implants came out with no bottom teeth, in so much pain and bleeding horrible!!!! ripped my gums out with each tooth, I seen them in a dixie cup on his tray!!! he just left me after I would not let him pull out my top teeth!!! said see you in 2 weeks and went into another room with another patient. was told he was nited for pulling teeth out fast. I was not there for that!!!

Absolutely the worst place I’ve been to. Went in for help got yo see someone, got a prescription and they can’t send it out called 4 times now still hadn’t received it. Tried to cancel my appointment and got hung up on. Brittany at the front desk needs to find a new job because she obviously doesn’t know how to do it. She charged me 45 dollars for a 19 dollar visit. This place is a joke.

Aspen dental advertises reasonably inexpensive dental work which is false! They are more expensive than most dentists. I had to pay a thousand dollars out of pocket on the first visit and LAST for x-ray and a cleaning 😯

This place sucks! The dentist has no bedside manner. They are overbooked and understaffed.They just made me wait an hour and a half for an xray, then told me to leave and they would call me. Everyone was at lunch, and they couldn't get to me. They are overpriced, too!! They quoted me a price on some work, then kept finding "add-ons"!! I wouldn't take my dog there. Their "service" just keeps getting worse. Already found a new dentist!!
I had my wisdom teeth extracted and I feel they did not properly educate me on how to care for my extraction sites (4). Procedure done on Saturday, called about dry socket (stated that my clots dislodged and pain was still high) Monday, didn't see me until Wednesday. Dr. Sullivan or whoever I saw didn't know for sure if I had dry socket and was about to send me out without treatment, then had to get a second opinion and the other dentist suggested the dry socket fillings. I have really enjoyed working with Dr. Sullivan & team at Aspen Glen Carbon throughout my Invisalign treatment. My treatment was thoroughly explained and the process was very easy to follow. My smile has greatly improved and thus, so has my confidence. I would recommend anyone (and have) to contact this team to help you with any of your dental needs. 5 out of 5 stars!!!

I was referred to Aspen Dental by my sister who had previously went there. I went in for an emergency, and paid 19 for x rays, and overall screening of my teeth they went over. I don’t have perfect teeth what so ever, and I knew that stepping in the door at Aspen Dental. & I know I have crappy teeth. Aspen Dental treated me like they cared..
