I would not recommend Aspen Dental to my worst enemy. My appointment was originally for 12/19/17, however the office called on 12/18/17 to confirm the reason and time of my appointment. I told her that I had broken a tooth and she offered an appointment for later that day at 4:00pm. She also verified that she received my dental insurance information from their website and it would be verified prior to my appointment. Very rude. The entire staff made me feel rushed, and like I was at a sleazy used car dealership. Instead of trying to help me, they tried to take advantage of me. Telling me I needed multiple crowns and expensive work, when in all reality I needed fillings. They gave me a crown that broke twice within two months. Charged me to fix their mistake. Nothing!! I was told my teeth needed to be pulled and needed dentures. I trusted Dr. Lee. Instead my 1-2 appointment became 5. Sometime during my extractionstay Dr. Lee slipped and rimmed the tool she was using into the back of my jaw. Pain was out of this world. After massaging the pain in my jaw and temple she went back to pulling teeth. I have no clue how many shots of novicain I had just know I needed more and more to not feel the pain. Went about a year ago and was told that I needed four to five root canals had severe gingivitis and needed to get it cleared up went to another dentist last week and was told no I only need two maybe three root canals and that my gingivitis was just beginning so you lied and you were going to charge me $4,000 when this other dentist only charged me $2,800 for everything yeah you're a rip off
The staff was friendly but the dentist said that I had a infection in my mouth and he could not take out my wisdom teeth until I had a procedure to clear that up. I did not have dental insurance and the total was over two thousand dollars. I left upset and scared. I went to another dentist and they said that was completely untrue and they pulled my wisdom teeth 5 days later. The amount of time they took to do any and everything was CRAZY! I usually go to a private dentist and I think I'm going to stick with that instead of Drive-Thru dentist. 🙄😒
