Aspen Dental is horrible in Glen Carbon. Went in two weeks again for invaslign. Was told my trays would be ready in two weeks. Scheduled an appointment. Went in for this appointment and my trays weren’t even ready. They were trying to cover their tracks and said I need another scan. Long story short they are liars and they don’t care about the customers! I do not recommend!!!! 0 out of 5 stars!
Try to upsell like crazy, (just google Aspen Dental Upselling), I could of gotten a ton of work done at my regular dentist for the price they wanted for exactly one root canal which was 3k. Only came in for pain relief and was blown off unless I had a full deep cleaning. No thanks.
Quit trying to make people take services that they do not want! I could not have been more upfront before my appointment. I told the receptionist, the office manager - everyone - that I was only interested in a standard cleaning. When it became obvious that the hygienist would not do it without a more extensive, costly deeper cleaning I got up and left!
A friend of mine went here for her partials, after she received the partial isn’t flush to her gums and there is a visible space on both sides!! Aspen doesn’t want to do anything to fix the partial. She paid over $2,000 for her partial! This isn’t right and Aspen needs to fix this or refund her money immediately so she can get a proper fitting partial.
Would anyone pay $2300 for this GARBAGE?! This is what Aspen Dental considers a partial. Will not remake it. See the gaps on both sides of my partial denture - and how different colored it is from my natural gum line and my teeth? Dentist claims this is all “normal” healing and that the gaps are completely normal. Buyer beware. Stay away from Aspen Dental at ALL costs. No wonder they want all the money up front. 🤷🏻♀️
I don’t recommend this office.
Dentures look like they will be good but they have many visits you go in on the $499 special and they quote you $2500 right away and when you question it it’s like oh you got the inexpensive ones before!?!? And they still cost $1250 and when you go in for your 4th visit they say ‘ oh by the way you owe $42 more dollars because your xrays were more’ ?!?! I do not recommend Dr Alex Wajtyna, he was very unprofessional and rude. He told me that my teeth were awful and not taken care of, and questioned me why, if I have a job, do I not have insurance. He blew cold air on my teeth and asked me if it hurt (normal practice) I kept saying no, so he took a metal piece and hit it hard against my infected tooth and saud,"bet that hurt didnt it". of course it did, I thought I was going to cry, i held my composure. I was very disappointed in the professionalism and customer service at the Glen Carbon, IL location. My overall experience was terrible and will be seeking a different dentist and Company. I recently moved back to the area and made an initial appointment with Aspen Dental. A day before my first visit they had to reschedule. I wasn’t in a rush so this wasn’t an issue.
