Run like hell
They have a polite staff and they are treating my father well. I feel as though they are very pushy on other things. I mean when you come in for an emergency issue like a broken tooth you hope to get that fixed right away not to go another week with your gum being cut up and then to say you can’t do it until spend the other thousand dollars to get the gums cleaned. The lady in financing was very rude and acted her barely 20 something age. Who has probably never experienced real life issues herself
The dr was very rude to me I do not plan on being back they didn’t really wanna help it seemed they were more worried about money than helping the dr had an attitude with me
Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with Aspen Dental in Glen Carbon, Illinois. I only sought out this dentist after my dental insurance changed and my original dentist was not in network. I phoned the office and scheduled what I thought was a new client appointment AND a cleaning. When I arrived, things went well enough. I am absolutely disgusted by your practices and team at the Glen Carbon, IL office. My 7 month pregnant girlfriend was just turned away for being 8 minutes late to an appointment. She drove 40 minutes from home in rush hour traffic. She gave the office a courtesy call letting them know she would be a few minutes late. She walked in at 8:09am when her appointment was at 8am. They take you in for $20.0 0 since you don't have insurance to get you in the door. Then they keep you there for 2+ hours only to tell you it will cost $1600.00 to have a single tooth pulled. The tooth pulling is not the expensive part but they have to do "other" stuff (cleaning) before they can extract a sore/painful tooth. Then they also gave a suggested treatment plan for all dental work totaling over $8000.00. This is a joke. Everything went well on my 2 appointments, except both visits they once ran my insurance through the a dentist that was not a provider, and this would have left me paying the whole bill if I had not caught it and made them rerun it. They did not even run my second visit through my insurance and told me my procedure was not covered. I paid it out of pocket and contacted my insurance company, and they told me it was 60% covered. This is not a veteran supporting organization. Well 8 hours a year they are but if your a vet and walk in here like I did they will treat you like its a used car deal. I told them I didnt want loans which I already knew I didnt qualify for but the finance lady insisted. I had a severe abcesses and when asked what did I expect to happen?
