I was very reluctant about my visit but after a great consultation and pleasant staff I would recommend Aspen to others.
A great dental experience ! Sometimes they over book but that's because there always busy believe me the wait will be worth it ! I never liked going to the dentist and still don't unless it's aspen !
They were so amazing. I did not feel any judgment just gave me the facts. the staff made sure that I had everything that I needed and spent a lot of time making sure I understood what to do.
First of all, I'm of the opinion that all dentists suck(not personally, they just have a crappy job). I went in for a first visit(pain). They diagnosed the problem and gave me my options. Dr. W was very nice, knowledgeable and seemed honest(as were his asst and the X-ray tech). The receptionist could use a little 'people skills' training!
I normally would give this office a 5 star rating; however, my last visit was a 3 hour ordeal. I would give their hygienist a 5. She is very thorough and explains everything to you. Seeing four different dentists on four separate visits created a lot of confusion on what was going to be done. On my last visit I was scheduled for an extraction and ended up with a crown that took 3 hours. I love Aspen dental Goshen they have been so amazing . Taking time to make sure that everything is just right . The staff is just awesome. They make you feel so comfortable . I would highly recommend them .
I was in pain and everyone was very kind 2 days in a row they tried to help me. Come to fine out we are going for a sinus infection. Will see. Thank you to all. They were wonderful
