Never, never again.. 5 trips to straighten out billing errors still not resolved) attempt to pick up x rays ( I paid for them) and suddenly the printer is broken (again, another special trip after notifying them I was coming in). No offer to assist me efficiently (since they are all computerized they can send via e-mail)..but she said since she can't print them out she will have to go through headquarters to have them release them to me (although I was there to pick up my copy)...I would need to wait 36 hours. The hygienist was down right rude and nasty. I was treated like a moron who knew nothing. No wonder people don't like going to the dentist. Even though Aspen accepts my insurance I will never return.
The worst place i have ever been ! I was on a hour and a half as nd not one time did they chrck on me. I left never to go back ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!������

I went to this location last Friday for my 9:00am appointment. I had been in awful pain caused by one of my wisdom teeth which needed to be pulled. I sat in the office for 3 hours. Not 1, Not 2 but 3 hours before anyone did anything. They took X-rays and did some other crap I didn't ask for before telling me that it couldn't be pulled that day. Be prepared to be sold everything! Staff was horrible and seriously will attempt to sell you everything any anything! The actual dentist was nice, but the staff ruined it for me!
If you want to lose weight go to aspen dental- because you will never be able to bite into anything without a tooth falling out! Spent over 1500.00 for the top of the line dentures and I've had nothing but problems! Can't understand how they are in business! Within a year i had worn a hole, than after many hours of lost wages and 4 plates i Still have front teeth that keep falling out! Great people but very poor product! The receptionist is very mean!
