Just a heads up to anyone looking for a new dentist, don’t go to Aspen, every location has been either rude or incompetent, and quite frankly shouldn’t be in business if they are going to be rude to their patients or can’t complete a surgery and instead butcher your mouth.

Your employee needs to not post stuff like this on social media. It gives the place a bad look and honestly who would wanna come here when your employees post stuff like this on social media? It’s a video making fun of peoples teeth. Didn’t find it amusing. Neither did a lot of other people.

Dont take most insurance so I payed cash think they would treat me better after 828.00 but im stay waiting after 2 hours

Rude staff and tell you your teeth are bad and try to talk you into pulling them all for dentures. Then fail to tell you the lab is booked so they can’t make a partial for 2 1/2 weeks. All they want is money. The office manager was extremely rude, the dentist barely looked at my teeth. Never going back again!!

The front desk check in lady was rude. Not welcoming and has an attitude. The Mishawaka location is much better.

My husband has had so many issues with this place! I would never recommend them for anything! You know its bad when he leaves the office and they say to him "positive remarks". Really! He has had so many fittings for his bottom dentures and still can not wear them. This place is a joke! I feel so bad because I set up his appointment for this place. They told him that they would sedate him before they pulled the teeth. Well when we got there the dentist refused to do so and just gave him shots to numb him. When you have a fea... read more

10/19 my husband was quoted and put a $1,200 down payment on 4 wisdom teeth extractions totaling $2,600. 10/23, day of surgery, while my husband is in surgery I was called to settle up expecting to pay the remaining $1,400. The office manager, Amanda, told me that I was to pay $1,900 because the quote was inaccurate. The lady who gave it to him originally did not change our location from Iowa (previous address) to Indiana and that their “fees” were different. I was very disappointed that I was unable to get a partial. The reason durring a visit there 6 years ago I was fitted for my temporary partial. I had a few teeth removed then. Unfortunitely the wires the connect to the tooth to help secure the partial, were far too tight and when I went to remove the partial I couldn't get the wires off and the parial became wedged and very very painful. New patient. My fiance came in to get two teeth pulled, a wisdom tooth and a molar. First appointment was at 12:15, they called us at 9 am to see if we would move it to 10 (we live about a half hour away) we said no because he was supposed to take a pill and hour before (she had no notes of this) fast forward to the first procedure.
