I've heard of people who have had horrendous experiences at the traverse city location but my experience at the Alpine location has been nothing but awesome!
I hated having to go to a dentist, but all the pretty people at the Alpine office (sorry guys) made me look forward to my appointments. Everbody talked to me as we were friends. This made me very comfortable and would take any one of them as a friend. I went in almost embarrassed to smile and walked out with a long deserved one. Thank You All!
I visited today as a new patient. When I arrived, there were about 5 other people in the waiting room. I was fearful of my time at seeing this, but it turned out OK because they called everyone in within a few minutes of their appointment time (they were talking about how they all had 6 pm appointments too).
