I've heard of people who have had horrendous experiences at the traverse city location but my experience at the Alpine location has been nothing but awesome!
I hated having to go to a dentist, but all the pretty people at the Alpine office (sorry guys) made me look forward to my appointments. Everbody talked to me as we were friends. This made me very comfortable and would take any one of them as a friend. I went in almost embarrassed to smile and walked out with a long deserved one. Thank You All!
I visited today as a new patient. When I arrived, there were about 5 other people in the waiting room. I was fearful of my time at seeing this, but it turned out OK because they called everyone in within a few minutes of their appointment time (they were talking about how they all had 6 pm appointments too). Absolutely loved going there for my first time! Definitely glad I chose Aspen Dental! Dawn was so nice and so funny. Will be going back for sure!
I've only been here once so far, but i will say that did an absolutely amazing job. Very professional and knowledgable. Will definitely be going back with any of my dental needs!!!
I had an appointment at 1015am. I got there 2 minutes early and sat down and waited for the receptionist to get off the office phone. She hung up maybe 2 minutes later. She watched me come in and sit down right in front if her. She proceeded to get on her personal phone as I still haven't been acknowledged. Then another coworker comes over and they start talking and laughing about J-Lo and Ben Affleck and Instagram for a good while. The staff needs to be more professional. and to actually care about their patients. My elderly father had a tooth infection and Aspen was supposed to call in a prescription for antibiotics and failed to do so. we have been calling and leaving voicemails and no return calls. we finally got him into his primary care doctor for a prescription.

The receptionist is terrible and refused to wear her mask properly. Won’t be returning. Go elsewhere.

Told me I had a cavity on a tooth I had no issues with but I let them give me a filling because I believed her and it’s been months and I’m still in horrible pain. Did more damage than anything
