Not once have I gotten in on time with a scheduled appointment. they have a large turnover on staff. always having to wait.

This was by far THE WORST Experience EVER! I can NOT, and u repeat NOT recommend this Aspen Dental Service/ Company to ANYONE!! I arrived on time for my very FIRST Appointment, which was to inquire about spending over $800.00 in All New Dentures. I waited over an hour to see a Dentist, and was treated horribly by the receptionist I will add. wanted to charge me $136 for new consultation to get a tooth fixed that another office did not even a month ago needless to say they're not going to be doing the three root canal said I have to have done. They told me that's company policy that they have to redo it because I'm seeing a different doctor although their name on the building still says Aspen Dental and you call and you get a central operator to schedule your appointments
Worst place I have been too. They would not do a cleaning my insurance would cover only a cleaning that costed $200 out of my pocket. I just wanted my teeth cleaned they were rude and worst customer service ever
I was trying them out to see if I wanted to have them for my new dental care provider, since my previous provider quit accepting our insurance at work. First they denied that I had an appointment, than had to wait 45 minuets past my appointment time to get in. Once in, each station that they dirrected me to, they were very good, but had a VERY long wait time in between, EVERY time to be seen at the next station.
