I was trying them out to see if I wanted to have them for my new dental care provider, since my previous provider quit accepting our insurance at work. First they denied that I had an appointment, than had to wait 45 minuets past my appointment time to get in. Once in, each station that they dirrected me to, they were very good, but had a VERY long wait time in between, EVERY time to be seen at the next station. Well here we go again Aspen Dental had their FREE DENTAL FOR VETERANS. THIS PAST JUNE! So, I went to it but with a different mindset knowing what happen last year. They advertise FREE DENTAL FOR VETERANS WITH PICTURE OF VETERANS GETTING FULL DENTAL WORK UP. I figure I get my teeth at least clean. So off I went. They took x-rays then I sat in the chair the doctor came in told me that it looks like I have some cavities but the x-ray could not show it I asked why? Money hungry. Trying to sell services people don't need. Go to a professional dentist and then go to Aspen. You will notice the difference. Good prices...yes, but is it worth it, particularly if you have insurance? No.
The hygienist are nice but everything else is wrong. The dentist never actually reads the x-rays or if he does they don't call you back. 9 out of 10 times he is not in to do the exam. They schedule all wrong and billing is always inaccurate. Save yourself the headache pass on Aspen and use a smaller local office.
My first impression was the woman at the front desk. Not a happy or friendly gal. She looks miserable to be at work. Not someone I would want greeting patients. The dentist I seen that day had no bedside manner & seemed too elderly to still be working. While attempting to numb me, he dropped the needle on my chest. It scared the heck out of me & hurt. This is the worst place to ever go. All you ever do is wait wait wait then when they screw up say oops you might need a root canal now or two. If you value your teeth at all do not go there!
I have to say I did like the place in the beginning but no more! Went in thinking I was gonna have all 3 of my cavity's taken care of but when checking out I found out they only did 2 of them.... I was told the dentist didn't have time to do the other one (my mouth was sure numb enough...could of done the third). Ohhh I left there pissed off!!!
So far not Impressed, Had to go back a few times for extra treatment, had a tooth puled a week prior went back this week as had more bone fragments coming out when I got there the dentist never even numbed the area and proceeded to start pulling out bone, That was a Unpleasant experience then asked if I wanted it numbed in that area ???? He then replaced my lower partial and It broke telling me I had to come back either later or next day.
