I have only had my dentures for a year and have already had to make three trips back to them as the teeth keep breaking out. Not good quality at all for the money you pay. My last set was from One day denture and they lasted over 20 years with no problems. Would never go there again!
They did well with my surgery, but my dentures are hideous and I'm embarrassed to wear them, and when I do wear them they are too long in front so I can't open my mouth to eat. They are too painful to wear anyhow! Good luck getting an appointment to get them fixed so you can stand to wear them! Also don't expect the geniuses at the front desk to have a clue as to what's going on... I like the staff, only complaint is trying to schedule my appointments. I wish they stayed open later other than 1 day a week. Also one time I had to wait a couple weeks to get a tooth pulled that they tried to fix, they said if I had pain I would be able to get in right away but that was not the case. I hope I don't run into that problem again because I really do like this place! The lady was rough with my mouth taking x rays even though i told her i had sores all over from an allergic reaction to a medicine, then the dr was great but all in all just about everyone was rude and they want to charge u so much for basic services, i will never step foot in there again!
Not the greatest place to go if you have anxiety about going to the dentist. They were not the friendliest.
As a medicaid patient I was bullied into paying up front out of pocket because they falsified a story that I was not covered by insurance when they checked with my provider. I offered to call my provider but was dissuaded from doing so. After I got home, I called my provider who said I had coverage and contacted them with the necessary information.
