Aspen dental great place and great people in there they are great loved them made me smile !!!!!! If u need any dental work go there !!! I went to simpsonville one great people.
I hate this place. They told me my braces were covered by insurance but then sent me a bill for $1500 SIX months later. Their voicemail plays 3 times before you can leave a message. Getting Xrays done the lady was really rough with me and cut up my mouth then was rude when I asked her to be more gentle. Got a cavity drilled now it's super sensitive to cold and they've tried to fix it 3 times and haven't done it.
DO NOT GO IF YOUR CHILD HAS SPECIAL NEEDS. Was told by my developmental pediatrician that claim they are experienced and can accommodate special needs children. I called and asked if they could accommodate for my son, I was told yes. While in the waiting room a patient was checking out with their mother and was being told how to take care of teeth, normal type of checkout. Literally the McDonalds of dentistry. Total scheme to sell unnecessary procedures and maximize spend. I read other reviews and it’s the same story everywhere.
Dr Reynolds is unprofessional & very VERY rude! Waited an hour & a half to even be seen. I will never go back to Dr Reynolds. Thanks for wasting my time & money.🤬
Scheduled an appointment for a simple filling that had broken apart. According to their site it shouldn’t have been more than $200. Was told I needed to have X-rays and an exam done first which was free. Sure why not right? Well it all goes downhill as soon as I go back. The one size fits all equipment that goes in your mouth for the X-rays has completely torn up my gums on the roof of my mouth an under my tongue. To the point where they were bleeding. Aspen Dental refuses to fix a coding error which is causing me to be referred to a collection agency for $1662... because my insurance company was billed for my temporary partials (needed while my gums heals after teeth were pulled) as permanent and my actual permanent partials as a 2nd pair within, not only 1 pair within the allowable 5 years, but the 1 year. Aspen Dental is going to not only save all if my teeth, they gave me a professional whitening job that made a HUGE difference!
