Stay away!!! All they want is your money and they could care less about you as a patient. The hygienist was in hurried to get the cleaning done and on my third visit, they screwed up 3 of my fillings. Its been over 2 weeks and I am still in pain and will be going to a different dentist in a couple days.
Money hungry people. I went as emergency tooth pain. Never asked what was going on more concerned pulling teeth, crown work, everything but what I went for. Finally had to say what was going on and needed relief. Never ever going back to these money hungry place!

Was referred by my mother who was pleased with Dr. Reynolds. But her hygienist will be the reason I will not be returning. She told me I needed to bleach and stop smoking and her facial expressions said it all. Very rude and rough with her tools. Maybe they should train their staff to understand that everyone has a dental history and be more respectable.
In 2009 I had bridgework done to The the entire upper portion of my mouth. A lot of pain and a lot of expense. The dentist that did the work had literally no personality. He put the bridges in, neglecting to tell me that the space on the right side of my mouth was to wide to support the pressure that normal eating and sleeping would produce. I'm so disappointed, my husband went in for an emergency (we have private insurance) and they did NOTHING! took x-rays, poked around made it worse, didn't fix it, didn't even help with pain management, then sat us down to discuss treatment , but wait if you want to make an appointment for that its $200 up front before you can even make an appointment. I went to Aspen because they are in network for my new insurance. Getting a crown was not a good experience. I have two other crowns from my prior dentist, so have some basis for comparison. This new crown is higher than the tooth it replaced, changing my bite permanently and not in a good way. Compared to the other crowns it feels less like s real tooth and more like an old tooth that had been filled. I believe this to be a scam. Seems like they con you into your first appointment and then sell you on all the stuff you "need". Very disappointed in this as I was hoping to finally find a dentist who was up front with what work needed to be done and the price. The con is that they seem up front but they recommend way beyond what you need... Did they tell you, you need a 2500 dollar cleaning? I bet they did.
Had an extremely bad toothache for a few days, to the point I couldn't sleep. Called them and they got me set up within 24 hours. They were able to take out the two teeth that had caused the issue same day.
