I made an appointment a month in advance, on a Saturday, so that I would not have to take time off of work. 1 day before my appointment, I got a call that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I called Aspen Dental on Tuesday to make an appointment. I asked to be seen as soon as possible to fix a cracked tooth. I explained that I was a new patient, and I was assured that I could get the tooth extracted at the appointment I was given for the following Friday. I just wish there were negative stars. My wife had a crown put on there that lasted all of 15 months. Miriam, the office manager says they will not reimburse any of the money paid for their shoddy work. I have called Miriam for a month now and she is always "with someone else" and refuses to return a call. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever encountered and we will let our teeth fall out before ever going back. We have a great dentist now that showed us how the crown was put on improperly.
This is the worst place ever they charged me 4300 for all this dental work and dentures said I would never have to pay another dime in regards to my dentures for 7 years I got my dentures the middle of January and by the middle of feb the broke and sent me a 200 bill to have them fixed well can anyone say false advertisement do not go here
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had as a patient. I waited for 2 and a half hours in a room to get a chipped tooth fixed. Instead of just filling the tooth, they did X-rays, examined all my teeth, told me I had a cavity on another tooth (I haven't had a cavity in all 19 years of existence), said I needed a cleaning, tried influencing me to buy "MI Paste" for those who have dry mouths from medical pills, which I don't suffer from. I would give my dentist and the dental assistance a 5 star...but the lab people and the insurance staff not so much. A lot of wasted and costly trips...unnecessary
