On Christmas Eve (night) I had a crown come loose and pop out. Because of the timing I wasn’t able to see a dentist right away. I called Aspen dental on Monday and got their national answering service as the local office was closed for Christmas. All of that being said, they did work with my schedule and got me in right away once the office was opened. All of the staff was extremely friendly and professional. Dr Patel and all of the office staff are quite knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and willing to earn your trust. my mouth had three cavities and two were nearly to the nerve most others wanted to do root canels and crowns but dr. Patel did not recommend they filled the teeth. wonderful place and no pain.

Katrice did an excellent job in taking care of my 94 yr old mother in law who had gone to the Southport Aspen where did not complete her work properly. She had a terrible sore on her gums where her bridge was cutting into. Katrice was patient and precise in getting her all straightened out with little to no pain. Thank you Katrice you are gifted and very polite and professional.

Amazing and genuine care! Every person there was incredibly nice, caring and professional. They 100% took care of me and my painful tooth. The office manager and dentist walked me through several options for future work. It was a relief to not only get help for my toothache but find such a caring dental group.
