Avoid this place. Very dishonest and untrustworthy. Quality is terrible and I have pictorial proof. There so called repair of a denture, looked like super glue. Broke in less than 12 hours. Took to affordable dentures and fixed in 1 day, (not super glue 2 day scam) with no seam, still very good a year later. Additionally they did it at insurance cost. Not insurance + Aspen tried. Then to be the very bad business people they are, the manager called and said she would remove the charges and apologized. I just discovered t... read more

My only complaint is the long waiting before my exam started (over a hour) and between procedures. Also the hygienist really pressured this patient to purchase a product that I explained we already have

So I had dentures for approx five months and paid almost 10,000 up frony and since my surgery I've had more bone spurs than I had teeth and every time I go in they act like they don't won't to be bothered with the bones sticking out of my gums and I've had two teeth fall out of my dentures. I can't believe that 10 grand don't buy you something that last more than a couple months. Wish I wouldve went some where else. Dont spend your money with these people. Do your reserch first.

I think I have found my new dentist. The staff are very professional yet quite friendly. I had broken a tooth and needed an extraction. Upon evaluation they discovered I needed a deep cleaning and this was done the next day prior to the extraction. Dr. Martin pulled my tooth and it was the least painful extraction I have ever had. His assistant Tanisha explained the procedure and the post-op directions and put me at ease. My follow up visit with Dr. Martin 2 days later saw me in and out of the office fairly quick. I will ret... read more

I can't believe the place is still in business. Canceled and reschedule appointments 7 times. Very disappointed in the business model (Can't schedule a teeth cleaning on a first visit because they are in different chairs. Who has time to come twice?). Your receptionist is a nice girl and really struggles to make things work.

Worst experience of my life, I went in for dentures and they pulled my teeth had 20 some pulled out they only numbed me, it was horrible and then he went in after NY gums were healed and cut my gums. Open and went in to cut my bone he said even and I kept going back in because they didn't fit one of the teeth fell out had to go get it fixed, now I have a chipped one, I quit going because they keep making it worse it's been 18 mo now and they still don't fit and I got the most expensive ones it's a joke

Everyone was highly professional and kind. I went in at 8am and left about 11. I had broken a front tooth and I wanted to know if I needed dentures or could it be fixed. but Aspen requires X-ray of all your teeth. then they diagnose each tooth and what needs to be done. then they give you a cost analysis when they are done. $6300 to fix my teeth. So am retired and have no insurance, except Medicare. I am 75. I don't even have 6k in savings. I am not going to put $6k on credit... See More card. they finally told me my denture... read more
