This office was amazing. Quick getting in and out and the staff is extremely friendly. Especially Brittaney at the front desk. She always has a smile on her face and a great attitude. Came in unsure and in pain and left feeling relieved. Will def be going back to this office
New employees and manager...although this location had its faults in the past..the new staff is ensuring that the best treament can be done for the patients. Working out payment plans ..etc. And the hygienist rachel is such a sweetheart ! I see good things happening for this location. If youve ever had a bad experience here...i suggest you try again with the new staff ! Everyone is new and doing their best to bring this location back to where it needs to be
You will not find a nicer group of people than the staff at Aspen Dental Greenwood. Dr. Patrick Murray is a miracle worker, and his assistants are all knowledgeable and friendly. I am thrilled, and blessed, to have found them. I highly recommend having any of your future work done there.

Don't ever go to Aspen Dental on 135 in Greenwood for dentures. They don't know what they are doing with dentures. They don"t know how to make them or fit them. I had mine made there less than a year ago and they do not fit my mouth, they are cheaply made and cost me $1,000. They will not stay in, even with dentures paste and I have tried every kind and they cause sores in my mouth and I cannot eat anything with them. $119 just to glue a tooth in, just a couple weeks out of warrant. Think they just wanted to bill my insurance company, not very welcoming customer service, could hear them talking about other customers, almost called one a liar about conforming their appointment

If I could rate lower I would. My wife has been needing to have her wisdom teeth out and our regular dentists oral surgeon quit the practice suddenly on them and forced us to reschedule to this terrible company. At our regular dentist the removal was going to be $500 after insurance. At her consultation they told us the removal would be $800 so we agreed on that and paid the extra because she needed them out. Then we show up for her removal and they changed the price to $1,150 on us because apparently they didn’t code enough... read more
