I was in the army and had a bad experience with the dentist and I told that to doc at aspen and he reassured me and I had a great experience I had 3 teeth pulled and it was like nothing quick and preciseand his assistance maranda was right there every step of the way helping and knew exactly what she needed to do the whole time thank you aspen dental for my great experience
I was one who was scared to death of the dentist. The staff is wonderful. They helped me stay relaxed. The new Dr is great. I was not scared. He is the best one this office has had in the last year. Brittany at the front desk is sooo sweet. She is wonderful with the patients. If you would have asked 6months ago about rating this office I would have gave them a 3. But now under new management and the new Dr I give them a 5.
Had an excellent first experience. I was looking for a dentist closer to home and they were able to get me an appointment within a week. Everyone who worked there was pleasant and efficient and it's clear they know what they're doing. Dr. Martin actually took the time to show me my X-Rays and teach me what he was looking for. I've never had another dentist do that. I will definitely be going back.
The best dental experience I ever had! The staff was very friendly and courteous. They took time to explain my treatment plan and gave me a breakdown of the costs for each treatment. It was my first appointment and I got a full evaluation, x-rays and a cleaning done the same day. It didn't seem like 2 hours because there is small screen TV attached to each patient's chair and you can each an channel you want while getting serviced.
