The worst experience I have ever had. The facility is dirty. The doctor never once even looked in my mouth but yet determined I need a deeper cleaning that will cost $400 and is refusing to do my routine cleaning. Then my 5 year old son needed a filling and I warned them it wouldn't go well without the gas but they don't do that there. My husband had a tooth pulled on Friday and he had a dry socket . Called the emergency line Sunday and they never called back. He goes in on Monday and says he feels something in his gum . Dr says theirs nothing . Really ?!? Because my husband pulled a tooth fragment out himself .
Aspen Dental SUCKS I started as a patient at the Burlington, Iowa office. I drove 100 miles one way to get to this office. After getting my dentures a few adjustments were made but I still needed something done for a better fit, in which I was told was covered in the pricing.
