On a scale from 1 to 10, 10 I was well pleased with level of service I recevied. With the business office and the hygienist. Both young ladies are definite an Asset to the company!!!!!

It was the worst experience. Right before we were to be taken back, to get my wisdom teeth out, the lady told us we owed some money before we could be seen by the doctor, which was a complete surprise to us since we have been making payments on the dental planes financed through aspen (we were told this plan would be an exact amount and then all of a sudden they wanted more money right before I saw the doctor to get my wisdom teeth out). I would recommend Aspen Dental but I don't like a few things: I think that the office should tell the patient if the Dentist is changing I feel like the last time I went for the partial adjustment that the technician hadn't looked at my file so she didn't have a clue what needed to happen. She had to call the dentist in Last I feel like most of my appointments everything is. Rush rush rush. It seems like the dentist was way overbooked
