I had a supposedly "free" first time consultation plus supposedly "free" xray. First thing this office asked for was my Social Security number {which I should have not given}. If they had asked I would have told them I had been saving for a long time to have this dental work done and had no intentions to have anything financed. They were experiencing some delays and had told me they would email my estimate which I never received. My mother is in the middle of a denture/implant nightmare with this place. She started the process in June of 2019 and had her teeth pulled violently, leaving awful bruising on almost her whole face. I’d never seen bruising like that. Here is it August of 2020 and she still doesn’t have her implants. My parents have paid $10,000 for her implants and now they have sent her another bill for $5,000. Plus they have billed her insurance!! This place is an absolutely rip off. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Aspen dental took my confidence level 0!!! 3 years ago I got work did and it was great it looked okay but now today my mouth is f***** up I can't get them to help me without wanting more money so I'm going to sue their asses along with other people I'm quite sure please don't go to Aspen dental in Hiram Georgia because they're full of s*** the doctors aren't professional a whole bunch of s***

they treat their patients like crap, I am now 16 months into a upper denture that still does not fit properly. long wait times in the chair. incompetent denture staff. I am so sick of going there but I have no choice. after 8 visits still not fitting right. I wish I had gone somewhere else. terribly dissatisfied.

I was quoted around $124 for a simple extraction. Long story short.. dental emergency... sent home on a Thursday for an extraction on a Tuesday. Paid the my total out of pocket, as I asked this directly, of $56. They billed my insurance $396 with a balance they want me to pay of $99. This place provides terrible service besides the 15 minutes with the dentist that did the actual extraction. About the only thing they seem to be able to do is maximize their billing.

Aspen Dental pulled all of my mother's top teeth out last year...she is still coming back to get her "permanent teeth". It is ridiculous that this place still can not get it right....on top of that as a daughter, I have questions, I am on her HIPPA, and they wouldn't let me go back with her (she is an older lady that has a hard time speaking up/thinking of "quick "on the spot questions)...the fact that they still giving her the run around & not being concerned about her concerns are the reasons I need to speak to someone ... read more

For one i was not told how much I would owe, I was under the impression by the office the xrays were free, treatment would cost which was an emergency & could not be done because they couldnt treat me for several months... it was an emergency I would have never gone if I would have known they couldnt treat me soon. I also would have never gotten a full mouth xray only one tooth was absessed or inflared or whatever thats what I needed pulled or a root canal on whichever they could get me into immediately for. They said they took my insurance and then they said they didn't and sold me on replacing my partial when all I needed was to file it she wouldn't do it just did Xrays and said I needed a cleaning schedule that for next week but meanwhile I cant wear my lower partial I'll be without bottom teeth for two weeks and I cant afford to get new ones all I need is it to be fitted to my mouth so I can wear them

My stepdad had a tooth removed here last week, he has never had a dentist be so rough before. He has had dental work before but nothing that painful. Aren’t the patients supposed to come first? Terrible experience.
