My Mother-in-Law started her process on October 31. Had to have 4 bottom teeth pulled and needed a top and bottom partial. The top partial was done pretty soon and fit pretty good. Here it is December 27 and the bottom partial still has not been made to fit. No bottom teeth for Thanksgiving and no bottom teeth for Christmas. Have been to 7 visits and has had at least 5 or 6 impressions made for bottom. Going back again Friday, the 29 of Dec. Hopefully with bottom partial. Not a good experience for us.

After reviewing most dental doctors in this area. They only have one price, and that is too high. When I got the last dentures built upper and lower for $300 each, I could not believe the cost that the people that I visited included your office was astronomically high. It is a shame. I finally found after's many days of searching, a doctor that will buld my upper and lower teeth, for $1700. I was thinking to return to Florida where I could get a bill for what I just spoke of, but realizing the cost of the trip and the hotel ... read more

Well u would hope, or even think that after paying thousands of dollars( ON TIME I MIGHT ADD), your dentist’s office would at least smile at u but the only time my Mom and I EVER saw a smile is when they wanted a payment from u. I would and will recommend to any and all friends and loved ones to seek out private dentists. Aspen is too corporate to seem to care what your financial situation is and will charge u hundreds for a simple cleaning regardless if u have six teeth or a full mouth of teeth without even taking that into... read more

My husband and i both would not recommend aspen dental to anyone,,,it was one thing after another,,,from waiting well past appointment times ,,,to fillings falling out two days afterwards and my husband had a crown that was uncomfortable and probably should have had a root canal ,,,and to top it off ,,,,,,was very expensive,,and ended up being more then originally told ,,,,,

The people act polite ,but it feels like they have to act a certain way and promote pricey products for their job. They refused to clean my husbands teeth and mine stating we need this higher level care cleaning and that we have cavities. They gave a scare tactic speech about this gum disease that we have. I have been to dentists reularly and have never beeen told such. Also my husband went elsewhere and paid out of pocket and has no cavities and no gum disease. Overall I like Aspen Dental. However, they need to work on the wait time. Experiencing a 3hr. Visit when no dental work was performed, only x-rays, examination and recommendatiosn, is 'Unacceptable' I waited for an hour befoeet being called for the first time. Then I waited another hour to speak to someone about the cost of treatment.

Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time still no exam. Several others went in front of me I ended up leaving.

If they say your appointment at 4:00 and you are still waiting at 4:57 that's not professional
