Showed up at 3:30 for just an extraction, I was being sold on everything under the sun , then they said they didn't have time to get to me that day. I Or my family will never go back. Do they actually do procedures there? Idk? Never going back.
The staff is friendly...I had to have dentures replaced ..this will be be my 3rd time to get them adjusted. . When you need 1st time appointment they answer the phone promptly...but to get an appointment for adjustments they won't answer the phone..I was on the phone for 20 min..they never answered. ..why do I go back no where else to get dentures here...I done paid for them so I need to get this done ...I don't normally show my ass in public but I guess I might have to ..
Went in for the free evaluation....what a rip off. My cousin has 6 teeth....6 teeth. Aspen Dental wants $565.00 to clean them. RIP OFF ......RIP OFF !!!!!

I Had Lost 2 Crowns. I Went In, They Checked My Mouth, Did Tons Of Xrays. The End Result Was The Dr. Did Not Recommend To ReAttach My Crowns. She Saw I Was Disappointed And Went Into Great Detail Why She Didn't Feel It Was In My Best Interests, Since It Would Not Stay. I Also Had Some Infection Which She Decided Might Abscess. After All This Effort And Work, I Realized She Had My Best Interests In Mind. The Net Result, She Did Not Even Charge Me An Office Visit. Aspen Dental Has Won Me Over As A Customer. Terrible experience; from the xrays to the extraction that didn't even happen. Not thrilled at all about going back and once the procedure is completed on tomorrow, I seriously doubt that I will be back. I have heard AWESOME things about Dr. Sani, but I have not had the pleasure to meet her. I am not a fan of the dentist, but when I go, I would like to have some form of relief. I made an appt 3 wks early and saved 700 dollars for 4 fillings. Left work early only to be told by the dentist that she didn't have time to fill my cavities ! WHAT. I made an appt for 4 fillings 3 wks ago! Not acceptable at all! Won't ever go back! Very unhappy!
I love the work that's done it looks amazingly great,but the service sucks with certain workers. It's not like it use to be. New workers,new attitudes and it's so slow now. If it wasn't for Britney...... The office manager and maybe 2 workers I'd never come back!
