Went to get a basic cleaning, after a set of X-rays and consultation was told I needed a deep cleaning that would be $1350, I said no thank you just want the basic, was told was I was diagnosed to need the deep cleaning they could not do a basic. I have had my teeth cleaned every6 moths and have never been told by the dentist that I needed anything other than a basic. Also was told I would need to have my fillings removed and have crowns. Really � What a waste of my time.

DO NOT use this dentist. I have had nothing but pain and frustration since my first visit. Today's visit has been the worst. I've been talked down to, humiliated, and told that the issues I'm having can't be fixed unless I voluntarily stop using the product that they sold me for ten thousand dollars. If I have previously reccomended this place to you. I take it back. Find somewhere else to go. Anywhere else would be better that here.
I went there today and they pulled the wrong tooth now I can't get nobody to answer the phone
When they know you are having financial concerns and they proceed to give you a Oral B toothbrush as a gift, that would ordinarily be great. When they do this and sneak a $135.00 charge on your bill for it, that is just wrong. Kind of thinking about getting a lawyer for this. They should not charge you for something without your consent. Isn't that a law or something?
One word for my visit horrible i set up an appointment for a denture repair, i got there they started with exrays and cleaning i stopped them and just wanted a repair they stated they could not do the repair i left
I have been contacted by the Hiram office already, where I spoke with the manager. (Cat White) I feel that I was sold on a service that I did not actually need. After speaking with both Ms. White and the anesthetist who performed my service, I am led to believe that a complete four quadrant “deep cleaning “ that took only 5 minutes to complete was truly necessary. This is one of the worst dental practices I have ever used. The staff is very rude and unapologetic for wasting your time. I had an appointment, was called to come in early, showed up early, forced to wait past the original appointment time, then dismissed without solving the issue because it was lunch time.
First off, it was absolutely freezing in the rooms...I was there about 2 or 3 hrs. They were through and went over everything. I needed a crown cemented in but they didn't put it in exactly flush with my back gum line..Really bugging me!! Don't want to go back and have to wait again and freeze! Staff was helpful and friendly enough...
Not a good experience at all, unfortunately. Waited and waited, and at every step they tried to sell me things I didn’t need.
