I have gone to Aspen dental since they opened here in Hopkinsville, however, I will not go again after today. They always made you wait at least 30 minutes to an hour before being seen and the last two times (including today) they have changed my appointment time without informing me, expecting me to wait all day in their office until it is convenient for them. My son was a patient here in April 2018 and I am STILL trying to get them to correct a billing error. The billing there has truly been a nightmare. The staff has been kind and Dr. Graham is wonderful, but I'm blown away by this billing nightmare.
I needed a tooth pulled for child to get braces. The orthodontist did xrays just few weeks prior which they had copies of all record and referral from them on what was needed. I was told we would get done that day as long as they had all info and no issues with it which I called several times prior to appt to ensure all info was rec’d prior to our arrival. I had an appointment at 4:30 pm for a root canal (after waiting a week to get that appointment and in lots of pain). when I arrived at 4:27 i was told my appointment was at 4:00 pm. showed the front desk girl my appt card that said 4:30. she sent someone to the back to ask the dentist about still seeing me. when the person came back I was told the dentist was already gone for the day. ok no prob. got my $200 deposit back and my x-rays and left immediately. I had a 11 o’clock appt. At 12:30 they told me it would be 45 minutes bc they were behind. Even though several ppl came in and left . I came back 30 minutes later for them to tell me there was confusion that I could be considered a walk in now that the wait time is unknown. It doesn’t matter if u have a appointment or not! Trust me go to another dentist! This was an emergency case at that!

Take hours to get you seen and charged me for things that they ended up not doing and I have been fighting for months to get a refund.
The people that work there were super nice. But the thing they stuck in my mouth to take xrays opened up my sinuses and gave Me a terrible headache. Told them I didn't have insurance and they honestly were gonna have me pay $7000 for all my dental work to be done. Then I ask could I just get my tooth pulled. They said no I would have to do hygiene work first and it would be over a $1000. I just couldn't believe it. Why can't a person get what they know needs done as simple as a tooth pulled. I expected to have my dental issues met this morning. I arrived at the Hermitage, TN (off Leb Pike & OHB) 8am in pain and 2 hrs latter I still had not received cost information or treatment for my ailing tooth. Moreover, staff appeared to be more interested in UPSELLING instead of addressing my issue.
Awful! Rude & easily sidetracked receptionist. First visit for x-rays and teeth looked at took almost 2 hours, no way I was going back for a cleaning! Went to get my x-rays and took 20 minutes by the time the receptionist helped people who arrived after me. She was answering the phone, making appts, taking payments and chit chatting with people signing in.....After I made my initial appt, several ppl told me they weren’t happy there but I still went, and now I’m one of them!
