Went to my appointment and had no problems. Everyone that I had contact with was very nice and friendly. I didn't have to sit in the waiting room very long until I was called back. Would recommend them to anyone that needs a dentist. M. Brim explained everything that needed to be done so you cold understand it.
My appointment was at 10/00 am and I didn't leave until 1:00pm but the staff was great made me feel real good about my visit to your office just need to speed up the time limit
All of the staff were very friendly and proficient. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for a dentist.
I was very pleased with Rusty's first visit. The Techs were very patient with him getting the Xrays. I was surprised that he only had 2 cavitys, since he hadn't had a cleaning in 2yrs. Guess he brushes better than I thought! Dr. Brim is very sweet and explained what she was gonna do before looking around in his mouth. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Never go to an Aspen Dental. My husband was billed three times for the same service. We had proof that it was paid by sending a copy of the cleared check. They are threatening collections over this $35.50 bill that we have proof we paid. Bring it on. My lawyer is ready for a nice lawsuit. Location is Hopkinsville, Ky.
I’d genuinely give no stars if I could. I’m not a patient, but my mother is & I don’t know if it’s because she’s a minority and speaks broken English or what, but the treatment that she receives and the lack of care and concern for her pain has me genuinely disappointed in this practice’s methods/procedures/systems. (1) If you’re supposed to give something to numb her mouth, give it to her because you’re charging her for it.
