Rude receptionist, slow service. I was the first person in the office this morning and everyone that came in after I did got called back before me.

I went into Aspen Dental to pay my bill at 3:16 pm. I was told to take a seat and she would be with me shortly. I waited and waited as the woman at the desk made phone calls, talked to her coworkers, showed a customer (who must have been a friend) pictures of her son, laughed and had a good ole time. Finally 50 minutes later i had enough. I got up and spoke with a friendly lady and told her how long i had waited and i wanted to pay my bill. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR DENTAL WORK. You will receive no post operation instructions or follow ups and your likely to get yelled at by staff for asking about it. This place is a meat grinder! They have no regard for their patients only money.

Not the best communication. 1) Be aware that your "first visit" doesn't include any actual dental work except for x-rays. You have to schedule multiple visits in order to even get your teeth cleaned. This is never mentioned either online or over the phone while making appointments. 2) You'll also have to specifically ask if they take your insurance. Even though we gave them all of our insurance information over the phone, it wasn't until we were checking out that they informed us they wouldn't take it. The only reaso... read more

I have never written a business review before, but the service that I received was horrible. My waiting time was almost two hours because they are severely understaffed. They did X-rays and looked at my teeth. However, they said that I would have to come back for a cleaning. Apparently, they don't clean your teeth until after your firsts visit even though I made the appointment specifically for a cleaning. The pricing is outrageous! The procedure spanning over a long duration of time (6 months!), and doing minimal things at the appointment made me quickly see that Aspen Dental tries to pump as much money from patients as possible. I'm talking over $3000 worth of dental work they quoted me, and my teeth are actually quite healthy aside from 4 small cavities. Went to my appointment to get a check up and cleaning. The staff was nice. Once I was there, things were going good. It's just after my check up, I was informed that I had to make another appointment for cleaning and to have two fillings. So I basically was thinking that they would take care of everything in one day while I was there. So now, I have to take the time to go back to let them finish the job they didn't do the first time.
